This position's primary purpose is to coordinate efforts among the modules owners of the financial systems and act as liason between functional staff and the IT department.  

Main Accountabilities:  
- This position is responsible for ensuring that financial systems are being utilized fully.  
- Responsible for working with functional staff (end-users) to enhance processes through financial systems.  
- Process improvements include system enhancements and system fixes.  
- Work with IT to develop enhancements and fixes, occasionally working with software vendor to identify patches to apply to system.  
- Do research of other system users to determine best practices for financial systems.  
- Own test processes and train end users on any new functionality implemented.  
- Troubleshoot existing issues for existing users by working with the users, IT and servicedesk.

Education and Certifications Required:  
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance  
       > Preferred: CPA or MBA  

Experience Required:  
- 4-6 years experience in accounting or finance  
       > Preferred: 4-6 years direct experience in financial systems work  

Functional / Technical Requirements Required:  
- Broad knowledge of various financial systems.  
- Demonstrated expertise in working in a technical environment.  
       > Preferred: - Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Financial Suite,
                           release 11.5.10;  
                         - Hyperion Planning.  
- Some project management experience to manage system implementations
