Sierra Systems Selected as IT Strategic Resource Supplier to Bruce Power
Toronto, ON, January 9, 2013 - Bruce Power has awarded Sierra Systems Group Inc. a multi-year contract to supply Project Office, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, Application Development, and Solution Implementation Services.
One of the primary goals of Bruce Power’s strategic resource initiative was to put in place a contractual mechanism to expedite their procurement process and reduce administrative overhead by establishing a long-term strategic partnership with a single vendor. Sierra Systems was selected as the vendor of choice because of their proven experience with business transformation and performance-based delivery, and because they offer a comprehensive range of IT services. Sierra Systems, and their strategic partner Compugen Inc., will work closely with Bruce Power to provide an innovative, cost effective service delivery model for projects, applications, and operational support services.
