Outland Energy Services Awarded Wind Farm Maintenance Contract by Alliant Energy
Canby, MN, December 8, 2011 - Alliant Energy has awarded Outland Energy Services a three-year contract to provide scheduled maintenance services and remote monitoring at the 68-megawatt Cedar Ridge wind farm in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The wind farm is owned by Alliant Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wisconsin Power and Light Company.
The wind farm began commercial operation in December, 2008. Outland will begin performing scheduled maintenances in the first quarter of 2012.
