POWER is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator in our Hailey or Boise, Idaho offices. This position is responsible for the day to day processing of the company's ADP payroll. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related customer service, recordkeeping, and reporting duties. This person will be first point of contact for employees for payroll related issues along with providing support to the Finance Department.The Payroll Administrator will conduct all payroll transactions including processing payroll, new hires, terminations, LOA's, benefit deductions, garnishments, prevailing wage and multi-national expatriate and Gov.t contracted payrolls etc. The successful candidate will also work closely with HR and assist with Oracle maintenance, testing, and security.
The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of current and relevant experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires solid experience with ADP PayForce, and ADP report writing capabilities, knowledge of Oracle systems, payroll and accounting practices and the ability to interpret state and federal employment law as it applies to payroll.
A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is desired but candidates with substantial experience may be considered. Additional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional, American Payroll Associate are preferred.
