The Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group of Leidos is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer in our Arlington, VA, office.
Successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and test real-time embedded software for communications, RADAR, and/or electronic warfare systems. Our team uses an agile software development process and model driven approach to transform advanced processing algorithms into real-time systems
Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 1 plus overall years of experience.
Candidate should have experience with MatLab.
Candidate must possess the ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
The following experience is desired but not required:
- Experience with the Rational Unified Process (RUP)
- Experience with Rational Rose Real-Time
- Experience developing for GPUs with CUDA and/or OpenCL
- FPGA development experience
- Experience developing with the VxWorks OS
