Immediate opening for a Support Technician (Tier I / Tier II). Must be within reasonable commute range of Oroville and must have PC Technician/Help Desk technology background.
Duties include: answer help desk calls & provide assistance to end users regarding: computer operations, software applications, provide general troubleshooting, diagnose issue and/or escalate to appropriate personnel. Also, assist end users with internet, log-on issues, e-mail access, etc. Must also input data, generate reports, schedule and arrange for hardware/software maintenance/installs as needed.
Clerical duties could include: answer phones, receiving/sorting mail, process forms and purchase orders and Invoices, etc.
