Description
Support the design/development of Talent Management communications, presentations and marketing collateral to build consistency, awareness, and alignment. Maintains and updates the employee portal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate department communication efforts, manages communications, and determines appropriate channels 
  • Build consistency and alignment with Talent Management communications and presentations
  • Create graphic design work for presentations, facilitator/participant guides, toolkits, marketing of new initiatives, logos, etc. 
  • Build templates for the department to build consistency and to build brand awareness
  • Create communication plan and strategy for initiatives, ensures alignment of key stakeholders, and manages timeline
  • Plan and communicate information/initiatives to a variety of different audiences to meet their targeted needs (HRBP's, managers, employees, etc.) 
  • Build marketing toolkits for easy adoption within lines of business 
  • Manage, enhance and update Talent Management content on the employee portal to ensure it is up to date, content can be easily found, and is user-friendly
  • Develop creative solutions based on customer specifications
  • Write, edit and distribute communications using a variety of different methods 
  • Create promotional toolkits/marketing materials/decks for TM initiatives that HRBP's can leverage for their client groups
  • Schedule/Coordinate/Host informational webinars to build awareness and adoption
Requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5+ years of work-related experience 
  • Experience in and knowledge of a systematic approach to developing training products and services

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge is deep in discipline area 
  • 5 years of graphic design/development experience 
  • 3 years' experience working in a corporate function
  • Excellent PC/technical skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
  • Demonstrated use of SharePoint
  • Proficiency with the use of various software (Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, HTML, etc.) 
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong graphic design/development experience
  • Excellent consultation and collaboration skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Results focused and self-starter
  • Able to take feedback and change direction to meet client needs
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively; making timely decisions to meet project deadlines and business needs
  • Strong customer service orientation
