For our production plant with over 700 employees (Electrical Sector - Enclosures/Power Distribution Components ) in south Bohemia we are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse specialist/team leader - Customs/Invoicing
Location: Suchdol nad Luznici, Czech Republic

Essential Functions:
- Act as a coordinator between the supply chain manager and the local production plant
- Supervise daily business of sales office, inbound operation and customs department.
- Provide support for creation of delivery, shipment and invoicing, inbound booking and custom matters.
- Communicate and align with other company departments to solve their queries and needs.
- Run regular sales order and invoicing checks.
- Participate in Supply Chain Management/Continuous improvement/Lean projects.
- Create and update process procedures.
- Provide and organize training, develop ability of team to deliver on daily task in the most efficient way.
- Assure right approach to custom related matters.
- Experience in logistics/warehouse management in production (material income/outcome)
- Control over documentation, invoicing
- Customs clearance
- SAP knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Team leading experience or ability ot coordinate a team
- Customs clearance/trade management knowledge
