Description
Manages the Parts and Services business for the Environmental product lines., responsible for operation, profit & loss and cost center budget. Directs a staff that processes Environmental related quotes, proposals, project management, and works cross-functionally with Sales and business development to secure new opportunities in the air quality control aftermarket. In addition to the overall Environmental P&S responsibility, this person will also have responsibility for the teams at Folkston and Newport News. Significant driver in the "critical to growth" initiatives including growth plans in LATAM, APAC, and the installed base.
- Directs all day to day business matters for Environmental product line Parts & Services.
- Directs environmental, proposal specialists, Newport News business, Folkston engineering and field service team
- Provides product line revenue and profit forecasts, drives and tracks performance, and cost center budget management.
- Drives Sales and Sales Reps for identifying new opportunities both domestically and internationally
- Presents related management report outs (monthly operations review)
- Manages vendor relationship with ESP Specialties
- Supports Sales and Business development efforts with customers including site visits and seminar development.
- Leads pricing strategy for Parts & Service offerings including price books, MSAs, and custom quotes.
- Oversees the growth and development of direct reports
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of related product or industry experience
- Experience with aftermarket business.
- Competent on utility and industrial AQCS/environmental equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate engineered solutions
- Ability to utilize ERP, PowerBI, and CRM.
- Drive responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Drive strategies to gain new clients.
